Keto Cream Cheese Mints

These Keto Cream Cheese Mints are smooth, creamy, & super easy to make! Customize the colors - or even the flavor - to suit your occasion, or the current holiday!    I like to do red, white, and green for Christmas.

YOU WILL NEED: Swerve confectioner’s sugar Cream cheese Unsalted butter Peppermint extract Gel food coloring

Beat together cream cheese, butter, and peppermint. Gradually add powdered sugar substitute until a thick dough forms.

Divide dough into the number of colors you want, use food coloring to tint each. Wrap and chill for 1 hour.

One colour at a time, portion doughs out into heaping teaspoon sizes. Roll each into a ball, then place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Use a fork to gently flatten each mint - dipping the fork or mint into some extra powdered Swerve will help prevent sticking.

Chill thoroughly before packaging in an airtight container for storage in your fridge.  Enjoy!
