Keto Crème Brûlée

Crème Brûlée is a classic, elegant treat that is deceptively easy to make. This easy keto creme brulee recipe has all the flavour and texture of the original, but is low carb & no sugar!

YOU WILL NEED: Heavy Cream Large Eggs Sugar Substitute Brown Sugar Substitute Vanilla Extract

Whisk egg yolks and sugar substitute until thick and pale yellow.  Add some of heavy cream, whisking until incorporated and smooth.

Heat remaining heavy cream to a simmer. Drizzle into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Add vanilla, whisk to combine.

Pour into ramekins, arrange in a large pan. Add water to the pan, about halfway up the ramekins. Bake as directed.

Chill. When ready to serve, sprinkle brown sugar substitute over each custard. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize - enjoy!
