Daikon radish
Mushrooms
Onion
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pork rinds
Sour cream
Cream cheese
Chicken stock

Peel and grate the daikon radish, toss with salt. Allow to sit 10 minutes, then squeeze excess moisture out.

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter, until tender.
Add cream cheese to the pan, stirring to fully melt.
Whisk in chicken stock.

Toss cheddar cheese with xanthan gum, add to the pan and stir until smooth. Add sour cream, pepper, and shredded radish. Pour into baking pan.
