Keto Lemon Bars

[Low Carb & Gluten Free!]

These easy Keto Lemon Bars are moist, tasty, gluten free, low carb & sugar-free! Think "brownie", but bright and lemony instead of chocolate! Oh, and they’re only 3 net grams of carbs for a LARGE bar!

YOU WILL NEED: Allulose Sweetener Powdered Allulose Almond Flour Vanilla Protein Powder Unsalted Butter Fresh Lemons Large Eggs Coconut Flour Xanthan Gum Baking Powder Salt

Preheat oven, prepare a baking pan. I like to spray it, then line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.     Add melted butter, eggs, lemon juice and lemon zest to the bowl, ingredients, beat until smooth and well combined.

Transfer low carb lemon bars batter to prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.

Whisk together powdered allulose, lemon juice, and salt. It should be very thick. Heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, and whisk again - it should be thick but spreadable

Spread frosting over cooled bars, allow to set up before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
