Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These keto peanut butter chocolate chip cookies do NOT taste or feel like diet food in any way! Rich, soft, and chewy, they're fantastic. Gluten-free, too!

YOU WILL NEED: Smooth Peanut Butter Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Unsalted Butter Brown & White Sugar Subs Superfine Almond Flour Vanilla Protein Powder Coconut Flour Unsweetened Almond Milk Large eggs Vanilla extract Baking powder Salt Xanthan gum Baking soda

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar substitutes until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Combine dry ingredients, except chocolate chips. Slowly add to the first mixing bowl, beat until smooth.

Add chocolate chips, stir until well combined.

Cover keto peanut butter cookie dough with plastic wrap, chill for an hour.

Roll balls out of the cookie dough, flatten each cookie out into a disk, as shown.

Bake as directed, remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
