Keto Red Velvet Cookies

My Keto Red Velvet Cookies are rich, chocolatey, and satisfying.  Loaded with chocolate chips, they're perfect for Valentine's Day! They’re only around 2 net grams of carbs per cookie, too! (depending on your choice of chocolate chips!)

YOU WILL NEED: Superfine Almond Flour Chocolate Protein Powder Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Sugar Substitutes Red Food Coloring Unsalted Butter Coconut Flour Large Eggs Almond Milk Vanilla Extract White Vinegar Baking Powder Xanthan Gum Baking Soda Salt

Cream butter and sugar substitutes until fluffy, then add eggs, milk, vanilla, and vinegar. Beat until smooth, then tint as brightly red as you’d like it.

Combine dry ingredients, carefully add to the bowl of wet ingredients.    Beat until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips until well combined.  Wrap in plastic film, chill for 1 hour.

Roll 1" balls of cookie dough, or use an ice cream scoop.    Arrange dough balls on baking sheets leaving at least 2" between cookies - they flatten out a fair amount.

Gently press the tops of each slightly - flatten JUST enough to prevent them from rolling. Bake as directed in the linked recipe.
