Keto Triple Chocolate Cookies

These Keto Triple Chocolate Cookies are AMAZING! They have a rich, fudgy brownie taste and soft, chewy texture ... and are low carb, gluten free, and even have a hit of protein!  The best - they're usually under 3 grams net carbs each! (Depending on chips used)

YOU WILL NEED Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Chocolate Whey Protein Powder Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Almond Flour Coconut Flour Sugar Substitutes Unsalted Butter Almond Milk Large Eggs Vanilla Extract Baking Soda Baking Powder Xanthan Gum Salt

Combine dry ingredients - except chocolate chips - set aside.

Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream together butter and sugar substitutes until fluffy. Add eggs, almond milk, and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet ingredients, a little at a time.  Mix until smooth.

Fold in the chocolate chips until well combined. Wrap the keto cookie dough in plastic wrap, chill for 1 hour.

Roll balls out of the cookie dough, or use an ice cream scoop. Arrange on baking sheets, gently press the tops of each slightly - flatten JUST enough to prevent the dough from rolling.

Bake as directed. Cookies will look puffy, but flatten out as they cool. Enjoy!
