Keto Turkey Meatballs

With Cranberry Glaze

These keto turkey meatballs may be VERY low in carbs, but you'd never know! This festive dish is perfect for Thanksgiving Dinner or as a potluck dish.

YOU WILL NEED: Fresh or frozen cranberries Ground turkey Chopped walnuts Sugar substitute Apple cider vinegar Sriracha (optional) Olive Oil Dried herbs Garlic powder Onion powder Salt and pepper

 Mix ground turkey together with the walnuts, herbs, spices, salt, and pepper. Form turkey mixture into meatballs, place in a pan.

Cook meatballs until browned all around - they don’t have to be cooked through.

Simmer cranberries, water, sugar substitute, vinegar, and sriarcha - if using - until the cranberries burst and a sauce is starting to form

Press cranberry mixture through a fine sieve, discarding solids. Season glaze with salt and pepper.

Add cranberry glaze to the pan of meatballs, continue cooking until sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.

Serve hot - Enjoy!
