Lemon Garlic Shrimp Canapes

These Lemon Garlic Shrimp Canapes - with herbed cream cheese - are easy to make, full of flavour, elegant, gluten-free and keto!  Perfect as a fancy Thanksgiving appetizer.

YOU WILL NEED: Cucumbers Cream Cheese Shrimp Fresh Lemon Fresh Herbs Garlic Cloves Garlic Powder Olive Oil Salt and Pepper

In a small bowl, whisk together shrimp marinade ingredients. Pour over the shrimp and chill for 20-30 minutes.

Once time is up, strain shrimp off the marinade and cook through. Place in the fridge until well chilled.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, stir well, season with salt and pepper.

Slice cucumbers into rounds. Spread or pipe herbed cream cheese mixture on the cucumber slices.

Place a chilled shrimp on each of the cream cheese topped cucumber slices. Garnish as desired, enjoy!
