Keto Rumchata - a potent variation on horchata, more so than a liqueur - is super easy to make & delicious. A great low-carb cocktail option!

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker set

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Rum
  • 2 tsp+ Sugar Substitute More if you'd like.
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Measure all ingredients into a shaker.
  • Add a scoop of ice, shake well to combine.
  • Strain into a glass - with or without ice.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired, and serve.
  • Enjoy!

Note: 2 grams of the carbohydrates are sugar alcohol, from the sweetener.
