Meditteranean Seasoning for Wings [Greek Dry Rub Recipe]

This Mediterranean Seasoning for wings is a tasty departure from regular chicken wing flavours. Gluten free & low carb - great with Tzatziki!

Equipment

  • 1 Small Bowl Or measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon True Lemon Crystals 8 packets
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Store in an airtight container.

To use:

  • Fry or bake your wings as desired, then place in a large glass or metal bowl.
  • Add a bit of the dry rub - to taste - and toss well to coat the wings. Serve immediately.

Notes

I usually use about 1 teaspoon of the dry rub for a serving, so that’s what the nutritional information is based on. (Seasoning only)
