Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Stir until well combined.
Store in an airtight container.
To use:
Fry or bake your wings as desired, then place in a large glass or metal bowl.
Add a bit of the dry rub - to taste - and toss well to coat the wings. Serve immediately.
Notes
I usually use about 1 teaspoon of the dry rub for a serving, so that’s what the nutritional information is based on. (Seasoning only)
