The holiday season is coming up!
As it’s my first low carb holiday season in years, I’m already thinking about what we’ll serve.
Not even just on the big holiday days - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc - but just during the season in general.
As far as side dishes go, so many of the amazing low carb options out there are great for everyday meals, as well as the *big* ones.
So many of the seasonal options work well as the base for keto-friendly seasonal side dishes - Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, etc.
Add a bit of cheese, cream, butter, bacon, and/or seasoning, and you’ve got a lot of flavour potential!
