This Feta Tzatziki Greek Dip recipe is easy to make, super tasty, and always a crowd pleaser. It's also a low carb / keto friendly recipe!
I’d been craving Greek food, and had just started on a bit of a tear for creating Greek-inspired recipes. One day, I saw something on my Instagram feed that mentioned a 7 layer Greek dip, and I let that idea marinate a bit.
Eventually, I found myself stuck between two different ideas.
One was to literally do a Mediterranean spin on 7 Layer dip, but with Tzatziki dip, a hummus layer, etc etc. That became the Greek Dip I linked earlier.
The other went in a bit of different direction: a yogurt dip that was based on tzatziki sauce (See my Tzatziki Recipe if you’re ever looking to make homemade tzatziki, btw!) ... but with the addition of Feta.
It’s a crowd pleaser, for sure - probably one of my favourite party dips to date - and it’s an easy recipe to throw together.
My favourite part?
It’s keto friendly! You can serve this wonderful dip with fresh veggies, or with the Keto Pita Dippers I designed specifically for it.
All around, a great recipe - so let’s look at what groceries you’ll need...

Ingredients
This recipe uses pretty simple ingredients, you shouldn’t have a problem finding what you need in most larger grocery stores.
As always, I have some ingredient notes for you:
Cream Cheese
I recommend using full-fat cream cheese. I’ve never tried this recipe with any of the light cream cheese options (like Neufchatel).
In general, though, I find that when using anything other than full fat cream cheese, the texture is never as good.
Plain Greek Yogurt
I love this creamy yogurt as a base - it’s traditional for Tzatziki! That said, feel free to use sour cream if you want to.
Feta Cheese
Salty Feta brings a lot of character to the base dip in this Tzatziki-inspired Greek dip recipe.
You’ll get the best taste from draining a good quality block of feta and crumbling it yourself, vs using pre-crumbled Feta cheese or shredded Feta cheese.
Fresh Vegetables, Etc
Obviously a dip needs some dippers!
To keep this low carb, I go first to crunchy veggies - bell peppers, celery sticks, English cucumber slices, etc.
For a more bread like dipper, try my Keto Pita Dippers - I designed that recipe as the perfect accompaniment for this dip, specifically!
Everything Else
Rounding out this recipe, you will need:
English Cucumber
Kalamata Olives
Garlic Cloves
Fresh Parsley
Lemon Juice
Red Onion
Fresh Dill
Pepper
Salt
... I just don’t have anything else to add, as far as these last few ingredients go.

How to Make Tzatziki Feta Dip with Greek Salsa
The full recipe is in the printable recipe card at the end of this post, here is the visual walk through:
Tzatziki Feta Dip
In a food processor, blitz room temperature cream cheese, feta, and Greek yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Finely shred the cucumber, add to the cream cheese mixture along with the dill, garlic, and lemon juice.
Beat well to combine, season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.

Greek “Salsa”
In a separate bowl, combine the prepared cucumber, olives, red onion, dill, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly:
Transfer dip to your choice of serving bowl, top with Greek salsa.
Serve immediately with a selection of dippers of choice.

Make Ahead Notes
You can make the dip, and keep it in an airtight container - or cover with plastic wrap - until you’re ready to serve it.
You can also separately make the vegetable and olive mixture ahead - I recommend storing it separately, mostly for aesthetic purposes.
Add the salsa just before you’re ready to serve it.
