Depending on where you are, Thanksgiving Day just passed (whoops - apologies to my fellow Canadians for the tardiness of this post!), or it’s only about a month away.
If you’re living the low carb lifestyle, you know that this time of year - and Thanksgiving food - can be ... tricky.
Traditional Thanksgiving recipes are usually the furthest from something that would fit in with a ketogenic diet, and specifically keto-friendly foods don’t tend to appeal as much to a mixed crowd.
So, I’ve decided to make compiled all my best low carb / keto Thanksgiving recipes into one place - here!
IMHO, planning Thanksgiving - whether as a large family dinner with guests, or a smaller gathering - is enough work, without having to plan completely separate dishes for everyone.
These keto recipes are all ones that the whole family will love. Many are inherently keto, but those that involve substitutions are generally VERY close replicas of the real thing.
Oh, and they’re all gluten-free as well - so they’re extra inclusive, whether someone’s counting net carbs or not!
